In Japan there's this strong problem of men harassing women in broad daylight, and the ugly praise of hierarchy above all else which leads to a vicious cycle of psychological abuse and violation of worker rights inside companies. If they managed to fix these two things, it would pretty much be the best place to live on earth. Well, that and parents that don't hug their kids or don't show any signs of affection.
