Three things must be said here: 1 - When I was young I always used to imagine an avatar of mine being part of my favorite stories, and always used to think I was mad for doing that. Thanks for proving I was wrong about myself. 2 - You made the melody a little heavier than the original one, but you made it in a so great way that I can't even find words to express how great it feels to listen to it; 3 - The final verse: "There'll be nothing left we can protect, nothing but a distant life we've left behind" drove me into tears. It synthesizes not only the tragedy of SNK's main characters, but the human tragedy itself. All of us are, somehow, trying to defend something we've left behind and refuse to realise it. All in all, thank you very much for such masterpiece as a tribute for another masterpiece as SNK is!
