@@Damini368 It is based on bonus stars. I can confirm that I've seen 3rd place get chosen. It may have a limiter preventing 1st or 2nd place from being selected so that it can also be a catch-up mechanic.

@@isack_mari I learned how to build a PC by taking a intro to PC hardware course at a community college many years ago, but now it should be pretty easy to get the same knowledge for free. I recommend the YT channel Linus Tech Tips. He'll tell you everything from the basics to water cooled systems if you look through his vids. There are also sites that let you check the compatibility of the parts that you want to put in your system, so you don't waste any money buying the wrong stuff.
