You are right. That was a back four with four CBs. Nothing that resembled a 3 back formation. I'm fine with Wöber at LB, but Amps is not a RB and particularly not an RWB like Bogle. Odd decision, but Amps priority over Isaac might be best for LUFC as a total system, but for Schmidt's confidence it must be a killer.

Agreed on the James / Amps piece, if we could see them doubling up on James and him becoming isolated then DF should be seeing it too. Schmidt has looked good when he comes on. This said, Wober has looked good and got forward on the left.

Forest, Newcastle and Villa all have had struggles recently but have been managed correctly. Given Leeds recent struggles also the club should be challenging like these other clubs.

I like Schmidt in the little I’ve seen of him, full of energy. Clearly Jason Cundy is using Leeds to create a headline, but he does have a point in that we should and could have done more over the years. However as per our song I wouldn’t change a thing as it’s never boring being a Leeds fan and as we have struggled so often it makes those sweeter moments all the more precious.

Would welcome your thoughts on the equaliser Ger. I thought Rodon was very poor and could have stopped the goal. He stands, side on, about a yard outside the far post for about 5 seconds doing nothing at all. I played CB and was always told if the ball goes over your head towards the far post make sure you get back between the posts to block any shot. Rodon could easily have got back into a position to block that shot or am i being harsh? Don’t want Harrison back under any circumstances.

When we play Harrogate Town in the FA cup 🏆 Ger I would love to see big Joshua get a start and Isaac start Isaac must be thinking I should've stayed where I was he should give the lad a chance can you remember when Jesse said Willy wasn't ready for first team football Italian international 😳 and Big Joshua for me should possibly given more time on the park 🏞️ especially against difficult opponents like Blackburn Joshua is a big unit tall wealth of experience could probably still do something especially opponents don't know much about Big Joshua and what he's all about keep fighting we all love Leeds 🦚🇮🇨🤍💛💙

Ger after talking about some of the kids we let go like Max Dean. Well one kid who was brought in was Sam Dalby and he played a huge part in our league and cup winning U23 side. Indeed Bielsa thought so much of Sam he had him sat on the first team bench and started him in a cup game. If you remember Dalby was done by the FA for gambling which in reality was a boredom and lonely think betting on line with the biggest layout being £3. He had a number of Penny bets and was banned from football even banned from training at TA. This caused the kid to have a breakdown and as soon as he was over his ban we flogged him to Watford. He has struggled to get his career back on track and was bought by Wrexham who have loaned him out to Dundee and he scored the winner yesterday in the Dundee derby and his also the top scorer on the SPL. Not sure of the situation at Wrexham but can’t see them wanting him gone and I remember seeing Dalby set up a couple of assists for Bamford when Bamford was on his way back from his knee injury. Bielsa always made first teamers play for the 23s before getting back in the first team….

Hate to think what the reaction to Harrison coming onto the pitch would be, I know Farke has a track record of reintegrating players but surely that one is too much. At least with Gnonto, Aaronson and Wober, there was a benefit to the club but I'm not sure Harrison improves us or we need any more depth there. For me, loan him out again or get rid if we can, he's 28 now and his value isn't going to improve.

Leeds United had owners that were more ambious than their bank balance. Which led to points deductions in the premier league and the championship, i think. Nothing to do with the size of the club. They took their penalties and have recovered nicely. Not sure the Premier League is the best measuring stick, as it has always favored clubs that can spend more money. Nottingham Forest have recovered nicely. Don't get people going for click bait, by bad mouthing other clubs. Never know what will happen in future. MOT. Leeds still selling out Elland Road in the Championship. That should be the measuring stick. And a waiting list.

vs Harrogate, it is VITAL we play the 11 players who have played the least this season, the 11 who havent would still be plenty strong enough to beat Harrogate, this in turn would give us a proper look at players like Josuha and Isaac as well as giving Patrick some time on the pitch too along with Max too, i don't think any of those deals will happen as theyre too costly, and regarding harrison, ironically, could be the backup we need if we can't find another 10, he'll have to like it or lump it, Willy Brenden and Max have worked hard to win the fans over and all 3 are gradually getting there, maybe this is his chance if he comes back, who gives a flying feck what his mum says, she isnt his agent lol
