Kelleher would be a dream capture. Now that Slott has signed Mamardashvili it appears that his position as no.2 at Liverpool is under threat. Perhaps then we have a chance to sign him after all. Go sell him the project in time for the January window.

Been thinking the same thing. Unbelievable how he has only played 17 professional league games vs meslier's near 200! I don't trust farke though to act on this opportunity though sadly

I’d love Kelleher or any other better GK but the sceptic in me asks when was the last time we brought a player in to directly compete against another already here? Not just replacing one who’s left i.e one in one out. This is down to Farke who mistakenly called Meslier the best GK in the league and gave him the vice captaincy. Cheers Conor. Michael Pollard MOT

Let's not start buying into hype again, I'm Irish, I've watched Kelleher closely throughout his career, he has an incredibly solid defence in front of him and doesn't face many shots. Liverpool have a knack of over inflating players, they have sold a lot of players for massively overinflated prices, one being Danny Ward who they somehow received £14m for. He was touted as a massive talent. Kelleher is Ireland's second choice keeper and has made bad errors for us. Bazunu is first choice but injured. He's a good keeper but he's 26 and will be third choice when Mamardashvili arrives.

He is Bayern or Barcelona level not Leeds United level unless you pay 50-60 million for him. He has only played 1 bad game and the rest he has been a stand out keeper. He suits Barcelona and playing out the back style of play.

You can't put clean sheets down to a team effort in one sentence then applaud Kelleher for keeping a clean sheet in multiple games in the next. Your not wrong regarding clean sheets being a result of good team defending but use the same stick to beat em with ( metaphorically of course, in no way do i advocate beating goalkeepers with a stick) . I agree though Meslier ain't great and we need better but can't see us even looking at someone like this.

I’m not a massive Farke fan but I do think his biggest strength is his man management. I think he knows which players benefit from praise and which player benefit from criticism. We all know Meslier is a confidence player

Meslier is a long term problem for Leeds...A good guy, a good teammate and an average keeper in Championship and below average in PL, prone to gaffes at inopportune times.

I think replacing Mieslier makes sense but i also thik Kelheller is unrealistic even if Leeds got up Keheller will go to a club thats not in dnager of going down but not one thats european

Kelleher is not coming to Leeds as long as Meslier is between the sticks. Farke is not going to endorse it and Kelleher is not going to come to Leeds to be a number 2. He might as well stay at Liverpool. Now if Leeds get serious offers for Meslier and he is sold, Kelleher is a remarkable prospect to replace him, then he would be number 1 and I can see him being at our club. It is solely a "what do we do with Meslier" conundrum

Mes is just one issue with the team. The others are mids not scoring; set pieces at both ends; strikers not scoring enough; tactics lacking flair; poor subs both quality and timing; defeating low block; moving the ball slowly.😊😂

The problem is the team not being able to enjoy football because Farke stifles natural ability and progressive football. He's overly cautious, has favouritism and is a bit of a control freak. Plays up the oppositions ability too much which undermines confidence in our own players.
