Season 1976-77 part two featuring Leeds’ match against Manchester United on the 2nd October 1976.
Some of the archive film used was originally recorded by West Yorks Police, the full version of which can now be found on the Yorkshire Film Archive & BFI websites.

@@craiggerrard5117 there's not a strict chronology regarding the music in these videos. You've gotta remember that most of the social media department at Leeds (or anywhere else) were barely born when all this was going on. Nevertheless a great series which I've enjoyed just as much as a CFC fan (albeit one who asked for a Leeds lampshade from Watford covered market in 1973).

I was at that match, the footage brings it all back. i had the long hair scarve and denim jacket too. The trouble between fans was a pain , i always hated that . I simply loved the game and Leeds. In conclusion the Docs Man Utd, was the best team of theirs i have ever seen,

That is one of the reasons that the capacity of many grounds has been reduced. The turnstiles in the 1970s were much narrower too!

@@portcullis5622 i 'm only just now seeing this. yeah that would make sense i guess i didn't think about it that way but here in the states they've also had to gradually increase seat sizes at venues too because obesity has so steadily climbed since the 70's. i'm 54 and there were fat people when i was a kid too but nothing like you see nowadays it truly is an epidemic (and the states isn't even in the top ten anymore).
