In quite unusual ways I energetically cleanse my space/the spaces in my house and garden and in doing so generating energy. I guess I needed a reminder. 😉

A wonderful conversation I’m very grateful for having heard. Clearing energy was almost an afterthought, but I’m so glad the Zs put that question into your head. My energy is so scrambled as I live with someone whose mental state is diminished after a stroke, and I currently feel very ‘not me’ as I suffer abysmal abuse which is draining my energy and self esteem. I once was very ‘connected’ but I’ve allowed all this negativity to affect my own dreams and sense of purpose, and I’ve all but forgotten to ASK the other side for help. Listening Monica, and your input Lee, has lifted my energy and given me just the kick in the pants I needed. Blessings and Love to you both.

I found out I have two spirit guides, they appeared to me while I was in my bedroom at night, no lights on, I sat to meditate, I was super emotional, allowing myself to feel it and release. I opened my eyes and turned my head to the left and saw a light, then I noticed another, they were spaced apart quite a bit and the second one was a bit lower in position, I now know why, the first one is my original spirit guide from before I came to form, the second, came in sometime later in my life. As I just wrote that, I got a confirmation on my left side of my head 🥰. They stayed with me the whole time, until my husband walked in, he doesn’t put the light on when he comes in to not disturb me, I was already in bed by then just admiring them with tears of gratitude! Once my husband shut the door, they were gone, they left. I laid there in the darkness sobbing with such gratitude and honor that they appeared to me. I know my bedroom inside out and stare into the darkness of my room every night to watch energy movement around me, and also see colors, purple is the dominant one I see, whether my eyes are open or closed, a mossy green appears and a golden yellow. I have a glow of white that shows in the corner of my eyes, have no idea why? Sorry, I trailed off, I mentioned this about my room, was to say, I know it well, and without a doubt, they. were. there. I’ve had and continue to have spirit energy come to me and witnessed amazing things, like, the two windows in the dining room that in order to reach them you’d need a super long ladder to reach them. One night I heard a loud click and looked a the clock and thought, hmmm that’s strange, was that the light timers going off but why so early? The next day, my husband walked by the dining room, stopped, looking up and scratching his head and he said, What the ffffff??? I said, What is it? I went over looked up and there was one of the windows opened, it was February of last year and I live on Cape Cod, Ma. It was very cold. I looked into my photos on my phone and found a picture of the window closed and latch down position. I just smiled, because I knew. Another of many, is the time a basket came down in my walk-in closet, clueless, put it back up, on the second day that evening, we heard a crash, my husband asked, What was that? I said, I think I may know, I went to check, opened the door and there was the same basket on the floor and a surge of energy passed by or through me, I stood shaking and in tears. I have others but thought to share at least these. I do keep a journal of everything. It’s beautiful and amazing! I have synchronicities with numbers and words. When a stare into the sun, colors will bleed out, purple, scarlet red, blue and pink, different variations …. Does anyone else experience these things with the colors? And, the white light in the eyes? 🤍🤍🤍💫💫💫☮️🤟🏻

This is the “first” time ever I’ve watched an interview (as i usually just watch the monthly updates) but i felt very drawn this time. Call it synchronicity and a nudge from my guides ;) because this was very helpful supporting the stage that im in on (the brink of) my spiritual leadership journey. Thank you so much for the entire interview. Must mention that at the end it was significant for me to hear that we can and we could clear our energy when we come home. (You see, yesterday I had this new experience and an unshakable feeling from the heaviness of other people’s energy on me and I become so tired that wasn’t even familiar but I thought it is just because of my age or I don’t know, probably because I don’t like to go out too often and I just overdid it. ) But it was so awkward how the feeling came back that this was from feeling the energy of ( the heaviness ) others. I know that I am an intuitive and empath but never thought that sometimes I should and I need to clear myself from the energy of others - when I am coming home. I mean, in my house I did it from time to time but I never thought I should clear myself from the outside world’s energy as I was not affected as much as yesterday…the influence was so strong... Today as soon as I heard I know that was a message or an answer to me. It made more sense to me what happened … thank you so much! I will incorporate in my practice from now one. (I just finished my book and will be published soon )and I could relate with so many other things - but this last was just heavenly sent message for me. Appreciative, The Best Is Yet to Come! ❤

love this ,I am in need of a teacher and don't know where to start, I channeled unexpectedly january 10th of this year ,it just happened ,they took over my body and it scared me, I have always had a good intuition but never experienced a full body possession ,its what someone called it when I told them about it. they did leave when they were finished talking through me so no one stayed inside, but have been feeling weird since . I need help as I was told I need to do readings for people. hopefully I will get some direction from spirit in where I need to start.
