Thank you so much, Lee, for having me on Impact the World! I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to join in sacred space, share my story, and spread warm vibrations with you. This was an amazing experience. And as I shared on my Instagram, it's a conversation I'm still warmly reflecting on. Heartfelt vibrations to you and the community here!! 🪷🤍🌹〰

the idea of collapsing timelines and showing up when I'd rather hide really speaks to me. thank you ❤

Tuning out to mainstream music, yes! I totally get this. I first did this to help with getting and staying sober, but even now 22 years later, I carefully choose what I listen to as I am sensitive to frequencies. Lee's music soothes my soul and if I remember correctly, Carlos Santana's son is creating uplifting hip hop, Lee did a podcast with him, the son.

Thank you so much for this, Lee! I’m pretty new to finding you (such a blessing) and now first time being introduced to Lalah and what a beautiful light she is! This talk was just what I needed right now, as I find myself once again under pressure and in the dark. Her energy and presence is so calming, as well as yours. Thank you again! Lots of love 🥰🙏

I’ve ALWAYS felt this effect of lyrics in the music. When I was a child, I purposefully avoided hip hop with aggressive/violent lyrics because I thought, “I will become this if I consume this.” I’m 30 now, and am blown away by the wisdom of my younger self, and feel a sense of comfort and relief that Lalah, and others, feels the same way.

Wow! 😟 Beautiful precious interview...thank you for this. I keep breaking and losing my will to completely commit to stepping on to my path because that thought that my life is too broken to damaged. I keep seeking the tiniest confirmation that even the very traumatized and damaged humans can still heal still have an important AND powerful AND nessessarry role to play in creating this new future. That it's NOT a waste of time to believe it's possible. Everything I listen to leaves me feeling like what a bunch of beautiful wonderful directions this world is moving in but these people aren't as damaged as me so all I can do is observe and stay out of the way so I don't poison the progress. I finally connected to your story and I am very familiar with the world you were in when you lost yourself and now I see you made it out and that you are definitely nessessarry and a beautiful human being. Thank you so much for sharing your story ❤️

An awesome conversation. Stunning to hear this so late in my own life -- I just turned 77 -- reminding me that I'm named after my grandmother, who had TB and never even held me as a baby and died when I was only 2. I have spent my life saying no in so many ways. Is it too late to even begin to say yes in the way that Lala and you, Lee, do???

Something one of you said made me think about the great Creator and that is/was what meant when the bible says that we are "made in the image and likeness of God" and that is to be "creators".

The trauma she refers to several times indicate to me that she’s not fully healed, and still working on it. Even feels like Lee is helping her. I am at a point in my life where I can’t hear her share about her trauma, because it does the opposite of staying of a higher vibration. It’s a lower frequency level.

UGG I have a hard time hearing the trauma part especially the second time she mentioned it… I work so hard to not get stuck in the past and to stay present, as Eckart Tolle teaches. You only have now that’s why you’re here
