Ingredients
50g dried shrimps
100g garlic scapes, cut into 2“in length.
3~4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
rice starch syrup 1T
sesame seeds 2t
sesame oil 2t
cooking oil 1/2T
*sauce: fish sauce 2T(yangjo ganjang 1 1/2T), rice wine 1T, plum extract 1T(sugar 1t)
Preparation
1. Cook dried shrimp in a heated pan, remove the excess shrimp powder.
2. Rinse the garlic scapes in salted water; drain.
3. In a heated pan, drizzle some oil; add the sliced garlic to cook. Continue to cook the garlic scapes.
4. Add the mixture of the sauce; mix well. Add the dried shrimps and peppers.
5. Season with rice starch syrup and sesame seeds and sesame oil to finish.
