2 fresh red peppers.
1 potato, 160 grams.
1 tablespoon tomato paste, 30 grams.
3 grated tomatoes, 300 grams.
juice of 1/2 lemon.
1/2 tablespoon of red pepper flakes, 5 grams.
black pepper to your liking.
1/2 tablespoon of salt, 8 grams.
5 classic glasses of water, 1000 ml.

Dear Yemen TV, thank you very much for this recipe. I like that there are always so many fresh, beautiful vegetables in your recipes. Since you're asking for feedback here are my thoughts. * I enjoy watching the veggies being cut. * I like the amounts and directions written in English * I like the music being played, although perhaps have 3 or so pieces of music and rotate them instead of playing the same one * Lastly, I'm interested in what would you serve with this stew. Would you serve some rice or other grain and pour the stew over it? Or would you serve some sort of bread to scoop the stew up with ? Or Is this stew served alone? I'm from the U.S. and only speak English. Thanks again.
