This was the last song that my sister sang at church before she died the next Sunday. She had lung cancer at 19 years old. Everytime I listen to this song, I remember the voice of my sister singing to God. I know she's in heaven now. It'll be alright. Truthfully I'm still going through however I testify this in advance. My finances and health has always been attacked. I lost my job and my new truck was just repossessed. I can't afford my own place and I need two knee replacements and possible back surgery. However, I speak this in faith before God and man, putting the devil on noticed. Soon this year before the Summer of 2024 is over my health will be completely restored and I will have financial freedom and complete deliverance. My truck will be returned or GOD will give me a better one and it will be completely paid for. I will preach and sing God's message of Kingdom living to the world as I was born to do. Daily gratitude: 6 a.m., sitting on the deck with a mug of coffee, Praise Live radio is on and I am pondering something troubling. The almost full moon is just where I can see it and I asked God a question and began to feel a tightness in my throat, the anxiety of this is getting to me. A friend sent this song to me I have listened to it over and over . It touched the deepest parts of my heart . Being disabled in a wheelchair and being betrayed by the person I am supposed to depend on , made me feel betrayed and alone, this song reminds me that God is always with me and I’m not done until he says so. Not that many years ago, I was pretty well "dead" spiritually, I had lost all contact with Jesus. "The sky was bronze and the earth was rock." I had no friend and was an utter shame and disgrace. Only went out to shop grocery late at night and walked in local park by the river and fed the swans when no one else was around. I was like that for nearly 3 years... then I got to a point where I just didn't want to keep living. What for? So far as I could tell Jesus had left me. Life was never going to get better so I might as well get it over with. I decided to fast... well I ate small cheese roll and an apple in the evening. And before I ate, I prayed... "while there's still breath in these lungs and my heart is still pumping blood around my body I'm going to pray for forgiveness and for You to come" 🙏 I did that for 40 days... Needless to say 😂 Jesus redeemed my life from the pit! Hallelujah!!! God is gooood! There is no pit too deep. No mess too much for Him. He loves me and He loves You ❤️ Never give up hope in Jesus. "While there's still air in your lungs, you're not done." 💕

This song is so apt for me. I battled through Covid with 20% oxygen. Picked up a lung disease a month later and I am now back in hospital exactly two years later. I listen to this song almost every day and I am so reminded that if God spared me then, He can do it again and pick me up from this hospital to live, breathe and have my being in Him. This was the last post a friend of mine made hours before he took his own life. I often think about this. It left me hoping for more from this song, but it didn't help him. He left behind a wife and kids and for some reason, this was what he was hoping for some guidance from, but he never got. I'm not blaming this song, but I am still left hoping he would have found more from this song than he did, but he didn't. I hope others find the encouragement from this that he couldn't.
