Hello everyone, welcome to the next video on Lee's Recipes channel. Today I will share with you an easy and delicious cabbage with eggs recipe! If you have cabbage and eggs in your house, make this recipe for breakfast or dinner. This cabbage with eggs recipe is both easy to make and healthy, you can make this cabbage with eggs recipe every day for you and your family.

1/2 Cabbage (300g)
Recipes :
300g cabbage
Onion 100g
Cooking oil 1tbsp
Stir-fry onions for about 2-3 minutes
Black pepper 1/5tsp
Salt 1/3tsp
Chili powder 1/5tsp
Carrots 100g
Green onion 25g
3 eggs
Oatmeal 3tbsp
Wheat flour 2tbsp
Cooking oil 1tbsp
Cover the pot and fry for about 5 minutes
Fry for 4 minutes on the other side

Reminds me of egg fu yong. Used bacon fat instead of vegetable oil, added bacon bits and cubed ham into the mix. Delicious. Next time will use minced shrimp, ginger and garlic. This recipe is versatile. Thanks for the recipe. Will use it as a template.

Hubby and I like it too but we don't do it as one large patty...we make them hamburger sized (easier to work with/flip), place them on a toasted bun. He likes his with cheddar cheese but I grate a bit of parmesan on my. It will make 4 burger sized portions. We fry 2 and I freeze 2 for later a meal.

Healthy? Vegetable oil is the farthest thing from healthy you could possibly get. A lot of research has been done on nutrition since the 1980s, I highly recommend that you check it out.
