Well he is a well detailed oriented management person, he is thinking not just for the moment but for at least 5 years forwards thats make why SuJu is still recognise until now and still can catch up from new or rookies one. Not just he secure the existense of SuJu as a group bit also in sub units or for single person on it. Even the former or hiatus member he keep on monitoring them. He is the BEST leader indeed. No doubt about that.

I've seen too many groups throughout my kpop journey but nvr fell for anyone as hard as l fell in love with suju.Suju is going to be always my number 1 kpop group forever n am always rooting for them.I don't remember where but once Lee Soo Man said SM didn't made Suju but Suju made SM.Leeteuk is thread that keeps the suju jewels together.

As a fan of 12 years the ending brought tears to my eyes. Leeteuk worked very hard everyday, but got misunderstood and blamed for things he didn't do all the time. He is the best leader leader in the entertainment industry and I'm sure if someone else was in his shoes SUJU would have disbanded way back. Leeteuk is the reason why SJ kept going for so long and I wish him nothing but happiness in his life💙💙💙

Yes, indeed he is a humble and kindest perspn, he though about anyone else especially his member before himself. How can he manage to monitoring every single detail of the member schedule and manage it well when his own schedule is as jectic as well. In a show once eunhyuk tell thats leeteuk always observing the member personal and when they have meeting in the mprning he always say the good and and lack of that and give solution or encourage them for the best in the next time. He even known about the share of each person that they get ( eunhae said that if they sometime ask leeteuk about it and yes he KNOWs it, they seem to be amazed by that fact hahaha )

Ugh I honestly cannot stand these men at 2:02. They are such instigators and gaslighters, and they can't use the excuse "it's their/my job" bs.
