There is actually an add-on called "The Sacrifice: True Ending" or something like that where you can actually do that. It is really difficult to last more than 30 seconds. There is actually a mod for L4D2 called:"The Sacrifice:True ending"that implements the cutscene into the game, but no matter who you choose it will always show Bill in the cutscene

I remember one time when shit went bad. One person was dead, 2 others got knocked out from a rock throw from a tank I think. I took my adrenaline, rushed up to revive both of them, then managed to round the fence to restart the generator. I was terrified I wouldn't be able to make it in time but I did it. Good job, louis on crack, you did it.
