I am referring to our younger years now. From the moment we are born, we begin to make choices. Some will say that doesn't count. I only say that we make choices from birth onward. We gradually become aware of what each choice will do by making our world better or worse. Sometimes, this choice is taken away from us by circumstances that are beyond our control. But when we get a chance to make a difference, it falls squarely onto our shoulders and no one else. Whatever happens to us after that is a direct result of our choice. There are only a few rare circumstances where an individual had absolutely no choice. Therefore, we are a product of our own making for better or for worse. When people try to trip us up, we can skip on past and never go that route again. I think that you all know what I mean.
