This is a fantastically detailed and wonderful tutorial and we appreciate it very much. The videos on your KZbin channel are the best training videos for ballroom that we have ever seen. 左轉「不ㄧ樣」 所有「左轉」，左側在前 Left Side Leading，下盤轉動，上盤不轉，只是跟上。 女仕左側，「向前向上」延伸。 Lady stretches her left side long and maximum height.

This is soo great and beautiful as always ^^ Ekaterina, you frequently use the term "shape" in your videos. It would be so helpful if you could make a more detailed video on it -- the mechanics, mistakes to avoid (e.g. leading to back pain), which parts of the body are engaged to maintain and dynamically extend it... I've been dancing for a little bit, but it's still a mystery to me how the ladies manage to be so balanced, so curvy, and _move_ at the same time =))

This video is very confusing. It follows the previous "Natural turn for ladies..." video, which would lead one to think this video is on the lady's part for the left turn, but she is dancing the standard man's alignment without ever stating she's teaching the man's part. And later in the video she even uses the woman's frame while dancing a slight variation in the man's alignment. Is what she's teaching for the woman or the man or both. It's unclear.

She starts with 4,5,6 left turn, whomans Part. You can see that also in the direction of the Start: Diagonal to the Center. The normal Position for the Ladys after natural turn and natural spinturn.

It’s the same for both man or woman whether you go forward to start or backwards to start. Amount of turn is 3/8. She just chose to start with 4-5-6 reverse for lady which goes forward.
