I am From northern Michigan . My son Aaron in grade school wrote a letter to Coach K for a school project back in 1995.. he was 12 at the time . never thinking Coach K would reply .. But Coach K did reply to him !! wrote a very nice note to Aaron with a signed picture of all the players With these words Aaron What ever you do in life Always do your best !! from that day on Aaron was a different kid , just ch K the words still play out today from Coach K So it is true what Wojo says Millions from all walks of life have had an impact from coach K Thanks coach K Aaron is now 39 an has never meet Coach K but we know he still cares as we have every year received the pictures of the players and a signed note form Coach K Randy

thankyou acc digital for this.im a huge coach k and duke fan, me and coach k share the same birthday, and i had been a duke fan for years and didn't know that, and then when i found out i was like,i knew i was meant to be a coach k and duke fan.and i have been since i first saw them play at kansas feb 20th 1988 and watched them come back and beat kansas, i still think if john smith didn't break his hand in the sweet 16 that duke would have beaten kansas again, they just needed another player to give them 8 to 10 points, and john smith was that guy, he had 12 in the first half vs rhode island when he broke his hand

No they weren’t. At all. Until you go to 5 NATIONAL TITLE GAMES IN 10 YEARS, you aren’t comparable. Dean never did that in the 1990’s.
