What does that mean?

@@AdmiralMakati Oh, I assumed you must have done it. When you click the "Show More" under video description, at the bottom there is now an option to "Show Transcript" which shows the text and lets me figure out rough timestamps for the chapter marks, and then I can fine tune that from there. At first this was not there. And sometimes it never shows up, so I figured you may have forgotten to enable it, and now I have no idea why some videos have it and some don't.
