I really like that Dragonzord combination with the Thunderzords and Tigerzord. It'd be cool if the Falconzord could combine with it, but I don't think it can.

I just got my own Legacy Thunder Megazord a few days ago and i was setting it up to see how it looked in Mega Tigerzord mode. Like most others i was worried about removing the Tigerzord's back feet, so instead i thought to myself: "Could I fold them up the other way and still connect the Griffen and Unicorn?" Turns out i could, and when i did it didn't look too bad. It still looked great and i didn't have to take the Tigerzord's feet off. So for anyone who wants to display it in Mega Tigerzord Mode, try it this way and see how it feels for you. Even you Bruno lol. You might be surprised by how good it looks. I know I was.

They should've made the red Dragonzord a bit more sturdy so it doesn't lean over like that. I wish they made the thunderbird wings attached that don't come off but I guess beggars can't be choosers it's still an amazing item

Wanted to add I use helmet scratch remover on my old zords works very well, goes on white but if you rib it in the scratch is gown and it doesn't ruin the paint, slap on the plastic cleaner you use and brand new toy..

These are cool and the Thunder zords were my first megazord but I think I am going to wait until we get ninja and Shogun zords because I always liked those best and I just finished washing Kakuranger the other day.

I read on Rangerboard that the ball joints on the Red Dragon are greased, so if you want Titanus-like articulation in the legs, you can unscrew the Red Dragon leg/neck joints and wipe the grease off and apply some clear nail polish to the joints, wait to dry, and reassemble. This allegedly provides posing opportunities and fixes the leaning issue in Megazord mode. I'm a little skeptical of opening up a $200 figure, and the leaning doesn't bug me that much to do it lol

I imagine that the pose-ability issue should be able to be fixed with a little well-hidden mounting putty/sticky tack (removable and non-damaging). although I agree that having the function built into the design would be a lot nicer.

the Thunder Megazord arms on the Dino Charge body reminds me of how in Beast Morphers the rangers had all the powers AND weaknesses of the animal. like if the red ranger had the DNA of a T-Rex, instead of a cheetah

Does anyone else have a loose joint that links the dragon head with the warrior head? The dragon head will just fall forward with no resistance if I hold just the warrior head. Is this common for all of them?

Bruno, I can remember when I had the original Thunder Megazord. I must have gotten a repackaged Japanese version because I clearly remember it having a chrome sword and the firebird's tail was gold chrome. The same thing happened when I had the White Tigerzord as well. That one came with a gold chrome tail/sword. Later releases of those two toys came with a gray sword for the Thunder megazord and a gold plastic sword for the White Tigerzord. It was my theory that Bandai America repackaged the toys from Zyuranger and Dairanger for the American market because I remember seeing the Zyuranger logo molded on the bottom of Titanus.

+GrnArrow092 A repackaged Japanese version would have been a wonderful accident :) I never got an official answer with the swords, it was the same deal with the first Megazord. Some people got a chrome sword while others got the grey bendable sword. (I of course always prefer the chrome ;) ) All Titanus bodies have the Zyuranger logo on the bottom.

Forgive me if this was covered, I tried flipping around through the video to see if I could find mention of it anywhere and I don't think there was: do you *have* to take the rear legs off of Legacy Tigerzord to get it to combine with the Legacy Thunderzord legs? And if so, do they store anywhere?

I've been having issues with the Firebird myself actually, You would think Bandai of America would do something like put some metal or make the wings better quality but still keeping the function to move them. I'm still having issues trying to replace mine, Would you have any advice?

The Legacy Thunder Megazord is probably the first PR-related item I've gotten since I was a kid that I had to refer to the directions pretty frequently. It definitely has it's problems, but it's amazing. I will say that the Mega Tigerzord feels more sturdy than the Thunder Megazord.

TENSHIN DAAAAAA!!! It is a shame red dragon's neck and tail can't hold a pose, and hopefully firebird's wings are just a random QC issue. Being plastic, it looks like it can be remedied with clear coat or pledge. I'm kind of afraid what this is gonna cost up in Canada. Also, a make up brush is pretty effective for cleaning as well. Just buy your own or grab one you know someone's not using...

+Michael Mills I can't tell with Toy. I'd personally LOVE a Tor with that neck. I really, really love those long Zord necks from back in the day. Tor was also very good. Tor would probably be expensive as well. Hard to say if they'd do it. If so many people aren't impressed with the new Thunder Megazord and are saying "pass," then Tor might not be happening. I'd get it though.

Sorry to hear about your firebird wing, have you consider putting nail polish in the loose area? I did that on my original legacy megazord legs and that helped. Nice review!

Pleas respond! MMPRtoys, is there a way to combine the Tiger and Thunder (Megazord[s]) without having to remove any pieces? I know that I experimented and found (as seen in one of my videos) that you do not have to remove the White Tigerzord's tiger legs in order to attach the dinozord's legs to it. So please, tell me if there is a way AT ALL to combine without removing pieces. Show accuracy is not my concern; simply not having to pop pieces off of my figures.

+The People's Solution Check out the comments, no need to request a response ;) No, for the legs to be Zordbuilder, you have to flip that piece up that has the Zordbuilder port. That can't be secured while the silver leg piece is still attached to the blue/yellow Zords. Tigerzord's feet don't fit in. It has to be Zordbuilder. So, unfortunately that won't work, but removing the silver pieces at least isn't difficult. It would have been even better had it just worked like before, but then there are also some cool new things you can do b/c it's Zordbuilder. Certainly some pros and cons. Overall, it's pretty great.

+Gianluca D'Ovidio Despite the issues I mentioned, I LOVE it. It's beautiful and far more show accurate than before. I did exchange mine and the new Firebird wing in fine. It's not going to fall over and doesn't lean at all when the arms aren't extended forward. From the front, you don't really notice he's leaning, it's more if you view him from behind or the side. It's not terrible. Sure, for $200, we all wish there were zero issues. But still, it's really nice.

Now I am not sure if others have the same issue with the legacy dino megazord but it looks like the diecast part is either changing colors or rusting??? Not sure how to describe it... because that was show accurate, but either way I still like this Legacy megazord the best next is Ninja megazord. I just don't care for the prep with unicorn and griffin zords with Tigerzord and how lionzord sits on the back like that. Probably the next rerelease they might change that.

Hopefully not all Firebirds are like that one. I ordered my Legacy Megazord from BBTS and I had that problem with the leg. When I held it face down the Triceratops leg would swing down. I noticed it was the T-rex's leg that was loose which was weird because the screw was on tight. I was able to ship back just the T-rex and get a replacement one. I'll most likely get Thunderzord from them too just incase I have the defect yours has. I don't remember if I told you this before or not but I found a guy thats making show accurate Energems. He's got all but Aqua, Silver, and Talon. He's waiting for them to be shown in the show so he can get them right. There awesome! he even uses Gold Leaf in the Gold gem.

Debating on selling my old Thunderzord Assault Team (w/ box) to help pay for this Legacy version. Still don't have the Red Dragon Thunderzord and trying to find a decently complete one seems about as much as paying for the Legacy one with everything else after eveything's said and done.

It's funny seeing him show off the flimsy plastic sword that the original American Thunder Megazord had. I got it the day it came out back in 1994, and the sword with mine wasn't like that- it was chrome/hardened like the Japanese one! I think they did away with that immediately-- my brother got one weeks later and it was the rubbery, flimsy one as seen in this video. The Phoenix's tail was made rubbery too. Just interesting!

I am legitimately surprised that the red dragon doesn't have Zord builder ports given how the legs transform I thought it would. I guess it's better this way and maybe it's Bandai winging themselves off that gimmick. with the Ninja MegaZord if they do that I really can't figure where they would do Zord builder on that one other then the Arms to save space.
