Over and over again Zuhal proves that she doesn't love Yaman, never has and never will. And it's not just a matter of she doesn't know how to love him in a healthy, non-toxic way. Zuhal just simply doesn't know how to love anyone, including herself. What Yaman wants, how he feels, the choices he's made for himself are completely immaterial to Zuhal. She said it herself during the transplant storyline, she'd rather see him die than let him be with Seher.
