Hi LeBron. Thank you for the kind words.Attorneys' clients usually pay the attorneys before the commencements of the services.When they pay in advance , we have to show that we owe them as we still have to represent them (we call them our trust creditors - Liabilities. After the the attorneys represent them, they now owe the attorneys, and the attorneys have to take (transfer) the money from the Trust creditors and transfer into their Business Bank Account.In a nutshel, Transfer means, we transfer money from the Trust to our Business Bank.It is now ours as we performed the services. All along we were owing them as we still had to perform the services. I hope that it makes sense.
