A month before my father died, 2-3 of our 6 heirs did an arrangement for an affidavit from my dad by a magistrate but not through any form of registry or sale deed. Now my question is whether the rest of the heirs will get a share of the property? Can DFO do the change of ownership in their name as per the affidavit?

The person didn't register vehicle the his Name and still vehicle is Name on my Father. Now the person who stole vehicle has been expired in a road accident what should I do. Need some legal advice. I am staying in a dda flat from last 34 years. My neighbour flat is lying vacant from last 27 years. No one had even came once to visit this flat, electricity meter, water meter both got disconnected in the year 1998 due to non payment of dues. I had tried my best, went to the dda office, sdmc office, sub registrar office, but all efforts gone into vain. Actual owner is not traceable. who will be the new legal owner of the flats whose actual owner are not traceable? Is there any process to know the actual owner of this flat?

Instead of tracing out the actual owner you should go to court and file declaration suit and restore the electricity and all other means for living

सर मेरे द्वारा मेरे ट्रैक्टर ट्रॉली को ठीक करवाने के लिए एक हार्डवेयर के दुकान पर ले जाना पड़ा जहां पर उन्होंने मेरे ट्रैक्टर के ट्रॉली के लोहे की बेस को 40000 में में पूरा नया डलवाया गया और जब मैंने पुराने बेस को मांगा तो उनके द्वारा कहा गया कि हम उस बेस को नहीं दे सकते लेकिन नए बेस का मेरे से नगद पूरा पैसा लिया गया। आधे पैसे से नहीं चलेगा, नहीं ले जा सकते कहा गया फिर मुस्किलो से जमा कर तुरत पैसा दिया सर। क्या किया जा सकता है वह पूरा ट्रॉली का बेस 15 से 20 हजार का होगा बस बैण्ड हो गया था सर काम चल ही रहा था। सर कृपया बताएं मेहरबानी होगी
