Amicus curiae - friend of court Since the judge couldn't possibly be an expert in all the matters, an expert is appointed who works as an advisor or assists judges to understand the matter and take final decision.

Pattern May be different of both exams,but if you crack du llb entrance then you can able to crack any University entrance exam.
