Meiqi follows Ah Du but was attacked and brought on board the yatch. Ah Du admits he killed Hailun. Hailun had approached Ah Du to plan and put up a kidnapping act to test Ansheng. They got into a conflict and Ah Du killed Hailun by accident, hence passing the blame on to Ansheng. Ah Du plans to murder Meiqi, luckily Jiaming and Inspector Zhou arrive just in time and shoot Ah Du dead.
美琪跟踪阿杜，被对方打晕并带上游艇出海。阿杜承认他杀了海伦，原来海伦找阿杜合作，自导自演绑架案试探安生，过程中两人却起争执，阿杜错手把海伦杀死，遂嫁祸安生。阿杜要将美琪杀死灭口，家明和周警官及时赶到，将阿杜击毙。
