Paano po kung nagclose account,umutang po kc sakin nang pera payable for 4months.15/30 po yung payments nya dpat pero nakikiusap sya n wag k daw muna ipasok ang cheque kc gipit sya. One month bgo ang due date pinasok k po yung cheque,dun k po nalaman n nag close account n sya...pinabrgy k n po sya nagkasundo kmi n 1k evry 15/30 pero hindi sya ngbbyad nang maayos.pwde k p din b syang kasohan nang bp22.

Where can i get the notice or where is that notice coming from???

You get it from the persons primarily liable such the drawee or the maker by reason of non-acceptance or non-payment. It may be oral or in writing. Such notice of dishonor should be then presented to persons secondarily liable such as the drawer, indorser or the person who negotiated that instrument to you which u must do within reasonable time.

Nagkaproblema po ako kc nag issue po ako ng cheque na nagbounce po... Pero sa loob po ng isang buwan nabayaran ko po yong halaga ng chequeng na issue ko na nagbounce...tanong ko po may makukulong pa rin po ba ako? Kakasuhan pa rin po ba ako? At yong mga nagbounce ko pong cheque ay hindi ibinalik ng taong inisyohan ko kahit mabayaran ko na po ung kaukulang halaga ng chequeng nagbounce po...gusto ko pong malaman ang kasagutan para po ako magkaron ng peace of mind...

My friend borrowed money in a lending company, The company give my friend a money to open an cheking account in the bank then the company get the check and they let my friend issue a check which the amount borrowd by my friend. My friend manage to pay for several months in the lending company but unfortunely he coudnt contine paying it because her aunt that he taking good care of died. My friend ask the company a little favor to give allowance to him to pay his debt but the lending declined the favor my Friend but instead they deposited the check in the bank that my friend issued. After that my friend were so worried because he recieved A demand letter from the company and now my friend being sued by the company for bp22 and estafa, I would like to ask if the Prosecutor or the court will honor the estafa? but my friend is willing to pay but not in full payment. Pls advice me and so that I can advice my friend of mine. Thank u and Godbless!

paano po pag Company check yung inissue tas tumalbog due to account closed? sino po ang mananagot sa batas pag ganun?

It is useless that Law. That should be Change. Because a lot of Persons, who are saying check, that later will bouncy. Because, they know, THE LAW IS USELESS. IT IS 100% USELESS THE LAW.
