Have you forgotten that the said law requiring them to loose their seat Gives an exception where their is a leadership tussle at the national end of the party.?? What do you call what’s happening in the pdp, the national chairman was illegally suspended of which is he currently in court. While people who suspended him instead of appointing a replacement from his geo political zone, as clearly stipulated by the pdp constitution. Rather they illegally appointed the deputy chairman north east as the acting chairman . Which they have been sued to could for. When the current tenure expires, the governor will go ahead and appoint new chief executive officers for the councils, and have them receive all the necessary funding for their respective areas. And if these current errant officers refuse to vacate office buildings, the newly appointed officers can operate from anywhere that the state government will provide. It’s very simple. There’s no need to fight with the troublemakers who call themselves assemblymen. They can go to court!
