云南的山路一直都很危险，都是在山腰上绕圈，一边还是悬崖或者河谷。 以前每年回老家过年，每次都会因为澜沧江路段的车祸堵车1h -2h左右，每年都会堵车。一坐7 8 个小时。

.这完全是车主和驾驶员的责任 . 这两个人犯下了直接导致事故的非法行为 - 醉酒且无牌 . 只有这两个知道自己做了什么非法的事情 . 其他各方没有做任何违法的事情 . 如果你儿子杀了人，你会为他入狱吗 ? 他是你教的儿子 , 你想负责吗？那车主不想接电话 , 切断所有沟通 , 所以造成这次事故 . 如果法院判所有当事方有罪 , 接着这些公司也可以起诉车主和驾驶员造成他们的损失 . 如果你判客栈老板负责您的旅游业将来会变得糟糕，没有人愿意参与其中 . 没有人会介绍 . 如果发生任何事情，他们必须负责。谁这么傻 ? 客栈老板最好变得聪明点, 要游客签协议书 , 对自己的选择负责 .

旅行啥感觉不应该有那么大的责任。还有客运公司，最最主要的责任还是在余和司机身上。国家的法律对酒驾早晨重大事故的刑罚还是太太太太轻了

当你是一名司机，当你驾游的时候，当你看到一车的人们的时候，你就应该知道你的责任和使命，不能有半点的马虎，你的不负责任是对生命的灭视和对人的伤害和冷漠。

这个判决跟预期差不多，只是个人觉得滇马的律师不是很好，其实他完全可以把自己当成二中介，正如原告所说，他们都不知道滇马这家公司，自然没有什么合同。那旅行公司也并不是包车带导游的那种，那就完全也可以理解为一种中介，只是这个中介是介于客栈与车主于海青之间的一个中介与游客无关。这样看就应该是车主司机与客运公司三方的责任了。
