Sir, what about when a lawyer drafts a contract keeping in mind the recent cases, the usual issues and what the Courts have established in these cases? That would mean although he may not have represented anybody in such cases before a Court, he would still be better positioned to draft using such knowledge, right? Curious to know your thoughts..
