I think the descriptions at the end are in the wrong positions. It says under R=Rule : 'What is the result?' and for C= Conclusion : 'How does the law apply to the facts?'

Agreed, the order is a bit misleading. To follow the I-R-A-C flow, it would likely go left to right, from top to bottom. In this case it goes top to bottom, then left to right.

The last animated page seems wrong. It should have been: Issue - what are we discussing here? Rule - what law applies? Application - how does the law apply to the facts? Conclusion - what is the result?

IRAC is the shorthand for a method of legal reasoning. Lots of people in law school and paralegal school find the concept confusing at first, which is why I simplified it. If this is a helpful for you in other areas of life, go for it!
