First thing needs to do in any field is master your material/ facts. Compile your knowledge into step by step process and list what are the answers you expect. Then practice practice practice that will give you confidence. Practice public speaking which will help you overcome fear in any fear.

Without filing of application for condonation delay the appeal is maintainable ?
@LegalInspiration
@LegalInspiration Жыл бұрын
If an appeal is filed beyond limitation period prescribed by law then the appeal must be accompanied by an application for condonation of delay. Without first condowning the delay in the appeal the appeal cannot go ahead and the filing of appeal without application for condonation of delay will be defective.

Respected sir, what to do in case if it is found by defending victim of a suit having almost 95% false averments in plaint, lacking proper documentary evidences therefore; tactfully filed the suit in the district court at Munsiff no- 2 showing less value of the suit land also disobeying Order - VII, Rule- 14 latest amended Sub Rules- 2 and 3 of CPC, disgracing 5- 6 nos of latest rulings of the Hon'ble S.C. and H.Cs, somehow got registered and illegally and even the leading persons concerned of the Hon'ble court i.e. the P.O and even the D.J doing partiality by not doing crucial scrutiny of the plaint averments and subsequent submissions of both parties of thevsuit rather seen granted almost 8- 10 irrational sequential adjornments for the advocate of the Plaintiffs of the suit and continuing the trial just by giving dates after dates simply showing hearings, w/o etc which are not done in practices and just recording about attendances of parties and even not clearly recording and reflecting the essential briefs i.e. about what has been done for the trial on that particular fixed dates for the proceeding and just adopting such means to fix some other date after some more gaps to delay and thus it passed about 40 numbers of dates till date from the starting of the manufactured and false suit and it's mentioned that even not caring any written and oral submission including documentary evidences submitted by the old, sick and weak only defending victim of the suit. ??? Sir what should I do against this bigger conspiracy of the said to get urgent relief for their jaw of those monstrous acumen prevailing in some areas of our Indian judiciary ?
