Sir I am an airforce aspirant, I was passed all the selection procedure of Airmen recruitment and also I took secure position in psl (provisional selection list) only my joining was left then government bring a scheme named agnipath due to my previous joining which was left in airforce was cancelled .so we filed a petition regarding this in delhi high court . government said that there is" no right to appointment " is this right? They said tha supreme court makes this law sir what counter point we have to say to attack on this point . please help sir 🥺🥺🙏🙏😭

Sir my Father was central government now the organization become corporation but even after formation of corporation till 4year corporations hr policies were not get formulated in between that my father was expired.. My mother make application for compassionate appointment the 1st reply was " no vacancy. But in future if there direct recruitment ur case will be consider as per central government rules" Then after 3yrs corporation formulated compassionate appointment policy and implemented from current date. Then after unit is answer me regarding ur case central government rules are not applicable for corporation u can apply for ex-gratia. Then after I approach to corporate office and hr director replied me at the mean time corporation had no policy of compassionate appointment. What should I do ? Between 4 years before formation of hr policy corporations were operated as per. Central government rules...

Sir with due respect I beg to bring a case where my cousin who is a sail pvt Ltd as a senior technician and died on 17 Aug 21 due to uncertain brain hemorrhage leaving behind 02 unmarried daughters and 01 son.May they be eligible for the compassionate job. My video was about compassionate appointment in public service. Compassionate appointment is governed by the policy of the employer. I have no idea about private industry. You will have to check with your cousin's employer if they have any such policy in place.

Hello sir. Sir my father was govt Officer in Punjab Health Department. He died on Jan 2021 and I submitted compassionate application for post of clerk but my degree is rejected and they said that class iv post is given but I don't want it. Can I write to dept that I apply again for compassionate job after completing degree. Plz sir reply as soon as possible

My father in law was working in LIC of India (Central government undertaking) in Madikeri, Karnataka. 1 month back, he expired on duty due to heart attack and his age was 55 when he expired. Mother in law is 48 year ''10th Pass'' and minor sister 12 years studying 7th standard and Mother in law is ready to give NOC. My wife is 1st daughter of her father and her age is 26 years. Now, Can we apply on compassionate grounds for my wife as married daughter

Whether your wife (who is a married daughter of the deceased) is entitled to compassionate appointment in place of her deceased father will depend upon the actual policy of LIC which is applicable at the time of death of your father in law. As far as my information goes compassionate appointment is not available for married daughters who are under the care of their husbands. But please don't what I'm saying as a final word. You need to actually look into the policy document of LIC. The whole purpose and objective of compassionate appointment is to provide succour to the bereaved family of the deceased so that it can survive and not come on streets. This is not the case with a married daughter of the deceased. That is why in most policies married daughters are not included in the legal heirs entitled for compassionate appointments. The minor daughter of the deceased employee may be entitled to apply for compassionate appointment within the time frame laid down in the policy after acquiring the age of majority. I am shraddha pandey and after death of my father I apply for compassionate appointment but mp state government reject and said that I am merried. Mp hc allow my wp on the basis of larger bench decision but again state government reject my representation on same terms that I am merried. I again file wp .I suffers very much. 1st wp 210/2019 jabalpur 2nd wp 12478/2020 jabalpur

After death of my father in the year 2015 .l applied for compassionate appointment in my own dist.court and then the court forwarded this for forther process in patna high court but right now it is pending and no any information or regreat regarding this .

Ji han agar aisi suvidha Bank ne Di hai ki aap compassionate appointment ke liye online bhi apply kar sakte hain to jarur Karen. Agar aisi suvidha nahin Di hai to aapko Kanoon mein yah GR mein nirdharit raste ke anusar hi arji karni chahie. Sir plain paper me application diye aur bank wale bolre hai ki application reject hua hai C.A ka rule nhi hai isliye wo hi office k kisi dusre employee se pucho toh woh kuch aur bolta hai.
