What if a person of unsound mind committed a crime like murder but after sometime he is normal and sound minded and then he realised that he had done the crime and he run away and try to hide body... Then he can claim the exemption or not? If yes then how?

No, because in his Lucid Interval phase he built his Mens Rea. so he cannot claim defence.
