Haha it's a shame that most of the good engines like Mathmech are banned. I just finished testing my Spiders OTK and Gem-Knights FTK for the event. I'll revisit Utopia after finishing both videos. :D

are there any particular reason to use Jamming Waves! instead of mst? Both are equally cheap and I've never had 3 spells in grave for the moster pop from Waves but on the other hand I've wished my waves were mst's a few times when I've wanted to pop my opponents face up Dark Magic Circle.

Because we might have 3 Spells in GY, especially if we're playing Lightning Vortex, but you're right MST can be better since it can Destroy Face-Up Spells/Traps, and it's a Spell Speed 2 Card. Obviously Twin Twister is the better choice, but it's an SR. :D

@@GoriCHAD Oh, I switched the Lightning Vortices for Dark Holes so I guess that explains why I never have enough spells in grave. Also your videos are awesome and will probably be even more useful in the future since I've started playing on five alt accounts for the Swordsoul structure, at first I just thought I'd play them to bronze 4 but now I kind of want to keep them and build silly decks I wouldn't waste resources on at my main account and I'm sure I'm not the only one who's done that and are now stuck trying to farm with a lot less staples in the foreseeable future.

Gem-Knights are completely legal. The Gem-Knight Vernusylph deck from last event is also completely legal except Gallant Granite and Cross Sheep, so I'm guessing that's viable?

Haha yeah, just saw it, Granite is important though, so probably playing more World Soul and Quartz will help. :D

Yeah, not only does it have handtraps, it has good ratios and out of archetype monsters that aren't jokes. Agents have Chaos Angel which does not require a tuner and when summoned with light/dark can be impossible to out for some decks.

Yes, the engine that can send it back to deck is banned, you can play Reload, but it's better to move on to your next victim. :D

Seeing most handtraps banned or limited and there's only 1 deck of mine avoided the ban hammer completely that is pure Gemknight, might go for that one as it's less way to stop it. Hope we'd find easier deck tho.

@@vivanmaurya Well, it's not a significant upgrade, but you can add the SR Time Thief that can Search, and SR Board Breakers like Dark Hole. Other than that, the power ceiling for Utopia is pretty low for this low power event. :D

It's stated in the video, Utopia Structure Deck, 500 Gems. Kind of expensive, so you should play Spiders OTK if you don't have it already. :D
