Ah yes, the Toyota Video Game Fiasco of 2018. If Toyota wasn't THAT dumb maybe we would be seeing 86s and Supras in both Payback AND Heat. Thank goodness for modders.

Yeah... But Toyota didn't make the "we didn't promote illegal street racing" thing. It was the Toyota UK social media manager who made it. The reason why this social media manager made it is that he didn't know that there are Toyota cars in certain illegal street racing games like Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6 and Initial D Arcade Stage Zero as he is not any high up at the Toyota company at all. The true reason why Toyota wasn't in NFS Payback and NFS Heat is because of Toyota's decision to pull its production cars out of non-Japanese racing games in 2017-2019.

Not gonna lie, you’re a disappointment for not putting the McLaren F1, up against the fastest enemy in the game... Natalia Nova’s Pagani Huayra. 350km/h of the present, faces off against 380km/h of the past. Try that, see if you can get the F1 up towards its 240mph (approximately 384km/h) maximum, in a roaming race, against her, or against Navarro’s P1, in the Outlaw’s Rush. Meanwhile, I’m surprised EA hasn’t tried to sue every single modder in FIFA, NFS and whatever other shoite they make 10 million DLCs for! Shame this game has EA’s flag on it, *because it’s actually good.*
