Can someone explain like I'm 5 or just confirm I've got this right? Obvs Tom Hardy played both brothers but in these behind the scenes clips ofc there's another actor for the fight scenes. Presumably because it is impossible, or very hard at least, to do a fight scene against "no one". Does this mean they just shot each scene twice with Tom playing each role? Quality film with quality actors in it and not just Tom Hardy!

Yup. His stunt double, Jacob Tomuri, filled in for Ron and Reg anytime they were in the same shot but you only needed to see one's face, as they are the similarly built. And obviously during stunts. Otherwise it was a split screen effect.

That film was so inaccurate. Ronnie was the boss of the firm not Reggie. And Reggie was also gay. This film makes out reg was the dominant one 😆 in reality without Ron , reg wouldn't have been as feared
