This was the first game I can remember really playing as a kid, and it is still one of the greatest experiences in gaming I can recall. I just felt so much in tune, and a part of, everything in it. Every location, every transformation, every word just seemed like it was really happening to me. Just, nothing else has really come close to this game wise.

My very first RPG that wasnt FF related and when this song hit and it flashing each one of your characters then onto the boss and then zooming out was just so awsome to me specialy when you fight huge bosses like the Green Dragon along with the Green Dragoon Spirit just made the boss fights feel more epic

This song reminds me of the old days. Before the full game there was the demo. Getting to the end of the caves and facing off with that snake. I miss those times. It was the first rpg demo I played and I was very amazed to see that kingdom at the end and excited to explore it. Then "to be continued" aw.. lol When I was younger and played the demo, at the end I used to always sit and wonder what was going to happen next, and could only dream what would be in the kingdom. When Aerith made people cry, Lavitz was mine. I felt robbed. Got to like his character and then just like that it ended in the most painful way. And they weren't done yet with hitting me in the feels. In case the rare chance people are getting into it or haven't made it that far, I won't spoil beyond that. I also discovered Xenogears and the tales of series which didn't do any better for sparing my heart back then. lol

I beat this shit 3 times in my whole life, and now I hear this super extended version ost, I wanna beat it again. 😂😂😂 It took me at least 60 hours of gameplay from disc 1 to disc 4,that is if you don't care about da gold and just keep on going. However, the second time I tried the greedy way, and while I managed to put Ultimate Wargod rings to every character except Shana and Miranda and Lavizt (cause he's dead), it took me 120 hours at least... 😂😂😂 Melbu Frahma was an ass tho... 😤😤😤

It used to be very difficult for me when I was younger. The only one I could actually get was Crush Dance. Me and my brother had a joint file that we took turns on and the both of us used to be stuck on Gerich and Mappi for so long until I finally got the hang of using the additions. After some time I was able to do all of them. Unfortunately he's not into one player games like RPGs anymore like I am so it's very frustrating to play them and he complains about not playing 2 players all the time.

I only had a couple of complaints with this game. First, unskippable battle intros. Second, Shana. The addition system was so great. Why not give her something similar? Even it was just a basic progression from shooting once to shooting twice to shooting three times. Then the fourth move could introduce the possibility of hitting two different enemies in the same attack (shooting 2 arrows at once).

xD I think the only additions who is REALLY good sp + damage is of albert FLOWER STORM! 202 sp 405 damage (if I not wrong) very very good

Felipe Granzier You are right. Lavitz/Albert's Flower Storm Addition is the best SP AND Damage wise (Lavitz can obtain Flower Storm. I do this all the time). Meru is the one that can earn the most SP, as well as knowing the maximum amount of SP you can gain in an addition. Equip her with the Wargod's Sash (gives 50% more SP) and the Pretty Hammer (gives twice as much SP, but not powerful; same strength as her basic weapon), and her Cat's Cradle mastered earns a whopping 495 SP. I usually have her at Dragoon Level 5 by then, but if you don't, you can get her there quickly doing that.
