That's why my archer is the mage :) Grab some standard arrows, use one of the magic enchantments (ice arrows). Pour some arrows... And when they're out, back to spells :D

Push the button near the grate. Push the lever up and down a few times, finishing it pointing up. Push the button near the door! :)

I believe the sequence is hit the button opposite the door, go to the switch and switch it a bunch of times, leaving it up, then hit the button next to the door (that worked for me anyway). Watch out, though.. The mushrooms he left in there (assuming you picked up that note in the adjacent room) may have... mutated by now. =)

I found you can avoid fighting the enemies in that room with the key entirely by putting something else on there first. Of course, maybe you want to fight the enemies, but if you'd prefer not to, the option is there. =)

I play in hard level but OldSchool mode is too-much-time-eater for me. ;) Respect, this is insane game without map, only please sometimes show +- where you are BTW sorry for my english :P

I'm very sorry, but I'm playing old-school (in-game map disabled)! A very bad choice for these videos, but I mostly want to help people struggling to make it through the game on Hard+Old-School. But as the levels get trickier I will provide some form of map to show alongside the video.

An iron door in level 9 requires one, that's about the extent of their use.

I was actually looking for some help in the area which is on this to the South ... it is only accessible by dropping in form the level above ... 2 gates are not operable by me ... maybe I will check on your level 4 vid ... might be with that one ... :o)
