We have the same code on the cross server arena and parking wars on our server. No plundering if they paid. No attacking player from the same server.

Also, the whales cant participate on rush event using money. So the free to play player have a chance of earning coin.

On our Server its just 2 times for clan members, but as often as you want for others. I still try to not kill people more than 3 times.

No such thing as server rules, if it doesn't involve the whole server attacking other servers as a whole group there's no rules.
