Yeah that mage talent that reduces cooldown is a bait. I thought it would instantly refresh all my skills but it doesn’t. 100% is worded so badly. Should just say 2 times faster. Still not fast enough to let you do another round of skills before you die so it’s basically useless. However, once we get the lunar mount that makes you invincible that talent could be really good

To be fair, 100% faster simply means twice as fast. Literally. It doesn't say the word instantly.
