May I suggest that you read the script with more feeling and storytelling tone. And most importantly, with correct pronunciation of names and places (not in English or French style of pronunciation) for sounding smart reason.

Chinese dragons have a lot more than just nine sons. In the legends, dragons are described as "the most erotic", because just like the Greek gods, Chinese dragons make love to anything, and due to their exclusive bloodlines, their offspring are also exotic. Some of the lesser known species in Chinese legends such as a "Feilong", which basically translate to "Flying Dragon", it's the offspring of a male dragon and female centipede, said to be ten some cubits in length, breathes three colored true fire. A "Zoujiao", translate to "Walking Flood Dragon" child of a male dragon breaded with a female pheasant, the egg seeks protection underground, every year it digs one meter deeper, three years later when it hatches, mountains fall and the earth splits, body of water floods several cubits high for its birth. There're too many...But such is a taste for what more there are

Basically, in ancient Chinese documents, only the creatures in this video are mentioned and they are referred to as '龙生九子' (The nine sons of the dragon). The 'Feilong' you mentioned is usually how the Chinese refer to a dragon in general when it is flying, rather than specifically any particular dragon. As for 'Zoujiao', it is not even a dragon. Essentially, it is a concept that ancient Chinese people used to explain the phenomenon of floods in some places. In their beliefs at that time, 'Zoujiao' was the event of a 'jiao' (not loong) trying to swim to the sea to transform into a dragon. I mentioned 'Zoujiao' in the video 'Unveiling the Dragon Within: 2 Creatures with Hidden Dragon Potential.'

@@WorldMythology0110 dragon is not loong, 龙 is translated as Loong in English. dragon is evil and loong is auspicious. Dragon should be translated as 卓耿 a creative.
@WorldMythology0110
@WorldMythology0110 7 ай бұрын
I think dragon, loong, long, and lung can all be used to translate the word 龙. This is similar to how 'martial arts' and 'kung-fu' can both be used to translate 功夫. The word 卓耿 is the Chinese name for Drogon, one of the dragons in Game of Thrones. As for the distinction you mentioned, people use "western dragon and eastern dragon" or "european dragon and asian dragon".

It really should be seperated. Even physically, western dragons and loongs are very different. Western dragons are giant giant winged lizards, loongs are hybrids similar to how mermaids, sphynx’s and Gryffins are hybrids.

@@lokok7643 BS. You know full well 'long' is pinyin for dragon. Stop with the silly propaganda nonsense. And as a dragon aficionado who has studied dragons for years, I can tell you there are hundreds of kinds of dragons in both Western and Chinese culture. Dragons are not bad things. They are often symbols, if not totems depending upon the culture. There is actually no singular western dragon (which you are so afraid of associating with). Only modern Hollywood has limited what Western dragons are and could be. Wales uses a red dragon on their flag. It is a symbol of power and authority. Stop trying to rewrite history. It had been known for generations that ancient Chinese believed they were descended from dragons. That is nothing to be ashamed of.

If you are going to talk about Chinese mythology, it would be a good idea to study pinyin for the pronunciation. The letters here are not the same as American English pronunciation.

These dragons all expressing numerical verities as mentioned in sacred "verses" This offered with an important clarification. "Nothing" is "not" sacred. "all " is "all "based upon "reflective" "All" material di-mension as seen through human material intelligence now exists as beautiful material "reflective" in support of the next stage of human advancement, Non-material! If we truly understand the material then the proof is no imbalance seen through material perceptions of material di-mention-ing. When offering speech based upon material di-mension it has to be free from dis-pute. This in gratitude and appreciation for your offerings! Offerings presented without dis-pute. Offerings of which this voice can not dispute. Only acknowledge the connectedness. Dis-pute be-ing the perception that veils connectedness.
