A little correction for any future viewers, the Net Launcher is actually found in Goo Lagoon on a sand hill. What Sandy gives you is the Moon Launcher, which, unlike the Net Launcher, has unlimited ammo. Here is some other info. The net can actually catch scallops. You can also feed numerous enemies with Krabby Patties to stun them, including the plants. When they're stunned, they won't damage you if you touch them. Also, Bubble Bass and the Beach Bullies are mentioned in the manual as enemies, so if you had bought the game new, you would have known about them. There's also a code that gives you every item and a level select. In addition, it also gives you the Power Ring, which, when equipt, puts you in Mermaid Man's uniform and allows you to take unlimited damage.
