The weapons and cloak look zonai themed. We have also seen the symbols on the cloak on rauru’s hair bands. Same with the sword appearing like the fuse ability symbol.

"less than a year" TOTK released about a year ago, this game is coming in September, so its not "less than a year".

My Theory is that if the Sword is not an Upgraded Master Sword (it did change appearence in A Link to the Past if you turn it into the Golden Sword) then this might be the Noble Sword from the Oracle Series (Oracle of Seasons & Ages on Gameboy Color) since you can Upgrade it with the Password Gameplay into "the Legendary Master Sword" when you finished one game first and started the next one with the Password you got at the end of one game.
