Ratius Rattius zealot gains power increase for his missing health so he loses Health gain damage then uses a potion when fighting a boss or chaos warrior

It's a passive skill. You can't die immediately as zealot. You'll go down to 1hp instead of dieing. The skill can only be used every 90 seconds. So in theory you won't die as long as you won't get hip more than once every One and a half minutes.
