I don't think so, they are pretty fine. An Artifact for any artifact synergies and it can either cycle or do a little bit of something. I don't mind playing one to two in my deck

I remember when traxos came out in dominaria. Ran a primarily black deck with multiple copies of him and yargle from my sealed pool and rolled over everyone. Balanced card in a set with tond of historic spells (not)

I feel like fixing in this format is very plentiful between the lands, treasures, or things like Terrarion or Alloy Myr that you could very plausibly splash something as powerful as Migloz, no?
