Hawkman Pass was never intended to appear soon after the update. They mentioned “later this year” which means no one knows exactly when he’s going to be released.

You can deal persentage health damage with Swapm Thing only if you deal it before Zatanna. Because when Zatanna deal 10 % health redaction the other jld teammates can't do percentage anymore Yeah, it's a crappy working passive, because when Zatanna applies burning - she's already dealing 3 % and EST can't do more than 7 %
