Legendary Game of Heroes Beginners Guide #1 - The Beginning!

Hi everyone!
This is a brand new series that I'm starting for Legendary Game of Heroes. If you are a new player and looking for information about the game, then this series is for you. I go through the game as a brand new player, and will be playing through the video series to level up characters, join guilds, and talk about tips on how to maximize damage in the game.
I'm excited to start this series, to help those who are looking for more basic level information on the game. Please let me know what your thoughts are, and what information you think would be helpful!

Thank you for mentioned the need to save gems until you join a guild. I wish I had done this so that I had them to buy event items to power up my deck. This should be a stressed item now that event cards are the best way to move forward in the game.

It’s crazy, they charge $39 a month to be a VIP Member in the game. It’s a really good game. But anyone who pay $39 a month for vip over a game is stupid.

When you were showing off how to attack you might have wanted to show how you can double tap an attacker to see their damage, health, and defense.Also you might have wanted to address selecting and deselecting an enemy. Too the turn counter to the left of the health bar for attackers was something that took me a while to figure out.

Thanks for spreading the word! There are no guarantees even in packs, but they are possible to obtain from event rewards, or you can purchase them in VIP store, sometimes they have 4* slayer/commander for sale. The Path of Champions also offer heroes as rewards, but they are all chance-based. The best bet is to wait for the gem destroyer pack that comes out every once in a while, where they guarantee a destroyer in tier 3 (total investment of 2400 gems).

@@TBoneYT same as yourself, I haven't played for awhile,....I think gem crush, as well as the high paywall for so little gain finished it for me, ..I never really minded the power creep aspect of the game(its to be expected), ..I still keep up with the game through the n3t app and friends and ex guildmates ,..and maybe play an event every 6months, if they give away a free deck,....I also keep up with your channel and content,...I see a bit of power creepin into gem stone aswell,..but as I said, it's to be expected 😀,...stay safe SirTbone 👍

Hi tbone. What does intensity mean that I keep reading from cards?

Intensity is a newly introduced concept for all new cards that you can purchase in the weekly event packs. The idea is that some cards and relics will generate a certain amount of intensity, and as the intensity builds up, that in turn powers up other cards. A good example is the Frankenstein card, which is an Earth Commander card. Without any intensity built up (intensity amount = 0), he can attack for 500% of his base attack using his battle skill. If there are cards that build up intensity though, it will then gain an additional 5000% damage for every 5 intensity that are generated. Basically, intensity is a new mechanic that builds up with every turn in the battle, and offers a very big boost to the cards. Some cards are powered a lot more than others, depending on the boost that they get from the intensity level. Hope this helps.

TBone does it mean you match 3 jams together you get one intensity? More matches ,more intensity? Or you use one battle skill, that count as one intensity? Still not sure

Event relics will always generate some number of intensity every turn, regardless of action. Some cards generate intensity only when they use battleskills, and some cards have passive abilities to generate intensity every turn. If you look at the current event's deck (song of the wild), both Orchid of Deepmoss and Lyra generate intensity when their battleskills are activated. Freyja (previous water slayer card), has a passive ability that automatically generates intensity when she attacks (by matching blue gems). There are different mechanisms for generating intensity, it will depend on the card, but the descriptions at the back of the card will explain how they get generated.

In the beginning, playing through the main campaign will be the fastest way for you to level up. As you unlock additional dungeons (e.g. Forge boss, elemental trials, element and gold dungeons), playing through though will get you more experience as well. Once you finish the main campaign, go through the Elite campaign, and then continue to farm using quick look on the highest levels of the campaign to level up faster.
