4321 soup duck noodles sumped whilst watching you two dine. btw 4 prawn dumplings, 3 large fish cakes, 2 large potatoes and eggs, 1 large mushroom, prawn itik mee goreng plus salads throw in from leftovers of christmas meals. Took me 5 serves to finish what was a sumptious lunch of leftovers.

FYI, I hope this raises some awareness of the beauty of Chinese cuisine. When compared to sexier Japanese and Korean food, Chinese food always seems to take a back seat. It's just interesting how eating glutinous rice balls required the use of mochi to describe its texture when mochi is also made of glutinous rice. Not a rant or complaint just an interesting observation (I only realised it partway through the video myself) and a call to appreciate the intricacies of Chinese cuisine.

XO sauce is made with mainly dried shrimp, dried scallop and it is Cantonese :D Dried mandarin peel in red bean paste/soup is also typically added by Cantonese. The green leafy stuff should be the "chou cou" herb usually cooked with green bean soup. Is there any price difference between this and the Jurong outlet?
