I saw him live before in Arkansas and trust me he's a super loud chewer, it's gross. They definitely adjust the audio because his mic is right bear his mouth and I don't hear it all in his online videos

Yeah, so, in case you don't know, that's how you order your food at most BBQ joints in the south. You order by the LBS, they have to weigh it in front of the customer to ensure it's accurate. It's not like a McDonald’s where you walk in and ask for a number 2. You have to tell the butcher how many pounds of meat you want and they chop it up right in front of you and weigh it. Standard operating procedures for most BBQ joints in the south - not something they only do for Randy.

@@longmatey80 Cool info thanks. Other eating contests that are not BBQ, will not have measured the food and sometimes add more. There was one from Beard's channel where it was very obvious they added a lot more food to the challenge.These are from restaurants so the depending on the cook the meal can be different (not fast food or bbq)
