The reason the fight is annoying for you is because you aren't using the weapon provided literally at the entrance of the fight... This is actually one of the easier fights in the game.

@MasterTP_Create_Videos When you enter the room there is an item you can pickup to the left. This item is the Serpent Hunter. It has a special ability for that fight alone that gives it insanely good range so you don't have to pick at his toes with other weapons. It's a gimmic fight/weapon.
