@@Blastosie_Offical Metal Burst does 3 times the damage that was dealt to King Im pretty sure. As Parental Bond doesn’t seem to need the 1.5x in the second hit. It’s doubtful Ho-oh would survive the Oblivion Wing on King. It would absolutely die if it Sacred Fired or Sacred Sworded King.

To everyone saying “just metal burst”, it’s not that simple. Metal burst would do nothing if it decided to use growth again and if metal burst doesn’t kill, then it can use oblivion wing to get that health back. Metal burst probably won’t kill if king isn’t brought down to 1 hp and the only way to guarantee that is to stay at full health for the focus sash. If Ho-Oh ever does less than all king’s health then ttar has to heal immediately and during that turn Ho-Oh could use another move that brings king down to 1 health, using up the sash, and ruining the whole plan. It’s possible attacks could have been used in an order that would’ve allowed ttar to just one shot it with metal burst but it’s definitely not guaranteed or that simple

I can't believe it had to end like this... I'm devastated. Xuan Zhu and Bornyoung were my absolute favorites... Just when Bornyoung evolved too... Bornyoung and died too young... 😢💔 Master Fu was also sick, too, a really cool new addition, that was supposed to add to the story. RIP to the squad. I don't think I or anyone else could have done better with that team with the knowledge he had going into it. If it were me, I would have probably blacked out playing too risky...
